Requests to the Athletic Boosters for aide:
The Boosters are here to support DP Sports. There are times that you may require
assistance outside of your Team balance in your Booster account. To request
Booster assistance, you will be asked to make your request during a Booster
Meeting. Usually the Board will make an immediate decision.
· Booster meetings occur the 2nd Monday of each month at the High School,
room 137 across from the Gym.
· If your request is approved, you will receive a special withdrawal form.
You will need to submit that form and your invoice or receipt.
If you have questions, or have an immediate need that can’t wait until
the next scheduled meeting, please contact any Booster Board Member to discuss your
request. Please note that based on other requests, current funds and commitments,
not all requests for aide can always be granted.
Withdrawing funds from your Booster Team account:
To access your Booster account funds, please complete the Withdrawal Request
Form, attach your receipt or invoice for the
exact withdrawal amount, and submit it.
Note: if the Boosters approve your expense from the Boosters General account,
and not your team account, you will receive Withdrawal form with the “Booster
Approved” section completed. All you have to do is submit your receipt
or invoice along with that form for payment to be remitted.
The form must be completed entirely, and signed and dated by you, or your assistant
coach.
You should submit your withdrawal request either by dropping it in the Booster
Mail Box at the High School Administrative office, or mail it to:

Your withdrawal request will be reviewed and processed within 1 week of receipt by the Treasurer. If you provide your email address on the form, you will receive an email confirmation of the payment.
Making a Deposit to your Booster Team account:
To make a deposit, please complete the Deposit Request Form and submit with the deposit checks or cash items. Please be sure
to complete all sections of the form and ensure that it totals accurately.
If you provide your email address on the form, you will receive an email
confirmation of receipt of the deposit.
